At Riley's Pets, we want your furry friend to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn fashion items with original tags. If the fit isn't perfect, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange to ensure your pet stays stylish.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused pet apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the fabric is free of pet hair.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
